Stuart, Florida is the heart of Martin County, a county as beautiful as any in Florida. Bruce’s company developed three subdivisions along Palm Beach Road in Stuart, which include Sherwood Forest and Lawler Heights. Lawler Heights included an office building and a convenience store. Altogether the three subdivisions totaled about 150 homes. Each home sold for anywhere from 25,000 to 40,000.
