Larrabee Street Condominiums
West Hollywood, CA
Year developed: 1979
The Larrabee Street Condominiums was Bruce’s first project in California. The location was impressive, overlooking the Sunset Strip, the epicenter of nightlife in Hollywood, and was deserving of something equally grand. Bruce designed the complex with architect John Siebel to be a standout luxury experience and it still stands today in all its beauty. Each condo has wall to wall windows to take advantage of the views overlooking Beverly Hills and the Hollywood Hills. You could even see up to the ocean on a clear day. The complex included a glass backed elevator and a 3-story waterfall in the courtyard. This building stands out as one of Bruce’s finest achievements.
