Hi, I’m Bruce. I’ve been a real estate developer and investor my whole life.  My main focus has been affordable housing. Through participation in programs through the VA (Veterans Administration), SHRA (Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency), and the HCD (California Department of Housing & Community Development), I’m able to house hundreds of tenants who might otherwise be homeless. I’ve bought distressed multi-family units that I’ve renovated, as well as built properties from the ground up. Over the years, this career has become a true calling as I’ve witnessed the transformative power of a ‘housing first’ approach to homelessness.
